The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is really friendly. I especially liked the breakfast which includes a large variety of fresh fruits, epic coffee and bacon & egg & fresh bread. I can definitely recommend this hotel, its 30m from the beach and the rooms are great too.

Very cute place with a charming garden almost at the beach. The room and facilities were very nice and clean. I especially liked the design of the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing (best you could find here) - every day new fresh juice, homemade jam, peanut butter, pancakes, fruits, bread, cheese ended by some heathy smoothie by the host. As I was working during the daytime, I liked the communal areas in the garden or balcony. Also there was a desk and a chair in my room which was very nice. The wifi was okay on the first floor eating area but I I wouldn’t count on that while working (same anywhere in Zanzibar).It’s not possible to close the windows, so it was a bit noisy at times when I wanted to make some calls or when there was a party at the beach.

We went to Paje for the weekend to take kite surf lessons. Elske and Sadat were amazing hosts and gave us good advices. Nice rooms, excellent breakfast, very affordable prices. I definitely recommend this place!

Its a very nice place, near the beach, but still cozy enough to be private. wonderful hosts and friendly staff. One thing to note is the lack of a small fridge, which would be very nice since it is quite hot.

We stayed in January 2022 and it was the best value for money in Paje at the time. It is very close to the sea, with a corridor that takes you to the beach in 30 meters. Good breakfast and comfortable room. Bathroom a little dark and wet a little while showering, but nothing serious. There was no water but it came back quickly. There is a great restaurant across the street.

The interior is stylish and I would like to visit again in the best location, which is a 10-second walk to the sea. The two owners were also kind and had a wonderful stay.

Small villa close to the beach and good hosts. There is hot water, breakfast is not bad. Parking next to the villa behind a fence. There are a bunch of different cafes along the shore.

She has stayed in several accommodations in Paje but this one is to be commended. Extremely clean and tidy, the environment and greenery within the Villa Kiota maintained and without any complaints, hospitality, friendliness and kindness of the owners and staff at an extremely high level. Wf superbly good and uninterrupted. You feel at home here. Breakfast quality, healthy and fresh. At only 20 meters away from the beach Paje. Recommended for longer and shorter stays
