Ajay had assisted us throughout the tour, from the time we booked with him until the end of the tour, with great co-operation, patience, and effort.Our driver/guide Jessie was very professional, friendly and knowledgable, and knew where to find the best views in the national parks. He was very informative, and knew every bird, and animal that we saw and we had so much fun with him.The vehicle we used was very spacious and comfortable on the long journeys and bumpy tracks. It was clean and well kept, and had a roof top, refrigerator, charging sockets and binoculars - making it a very comfortable experience!Overall, thank you Ajay and Shayona Safaris for making our trip extremely worthwhile and fun! We had a group of 26 people going Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The drivers were great & patient in guiding us throughout the trip.. spot on. The main managers of Shayona handled all our hotel bookings, food and travel arrangements which was perfect. Definitely recommend them if you intend to travel for a safari up North. Thanks Shayona!
