My stay started pretty ordinary...No soap, shampoo or fridge let alone coffee and tea. I was given shampoo eventually.Had a lovely meal...great to have a gluten free meal, price reasonable, drinks pricey and tricky to get 100ml milk for tea in my room...had to pay $3000 for a thermos I didnt really want but let it go.Next day i got a fridge!When I arrived I asked if I could pay after my last meal was told fine but then I got 3 phone calls pressuring me to pay it immediately...seriously!!!!.... so I did go down to pay then he didnt have change for me!It was lovely to get my washing done before I start my return flight to Australia.. .Reasonable price too.Hopefully airport shuttle bus organised properly...Grounds and environment are really lovely though there is nothing much for kids, what a shame.Did enjoy artwork and Christmas tree in restaurant and reception.

Very nice hotel. You can stop by just to swim or eat without sleeping over. Beautiful surrounding. Good customer service. The food was not expensive and it was very tasty. However, if you want to there is a big fee but you can stay as long as youd like.

We went for a drink and the fresh juice was delicious. We asked if we could swim in the pool, since it was so hot! We were allowed. After we swam, someone asked us money for it... we didnt know we had to pay and the reception/bar said we are free to use the pool. Miscommunication. We didnt pay.

Its a wonderful Place

Love this hotel in Mwanza! The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are very spacious, clean and contain everything you need (incl coffee/tea amenities). The pool and poolbar are great places to relax and enjoy. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of Tanzanian and European food. The restaurant, especially Indian dishes, serves delicious food. During the weekends it is possible to hear some sounds from the club down below, but to me it was never disturbing. During the week it is usually very quiet. The neighborhood is very safe and you can easily go for a walk during the day. It is situated on the hills of Isamilo, which makes the view from the rooms amazing!

Accommodation located at the top of the rocks with a beautiful view of the city. The rooms are large, clean and self contained. Guests are well served. Most importantly its a quiet place best for relaxation after work, long journey and adventure Safaris

Overnight on business. Older hotel: they understand hospitality. Spacious, airy, very very quiet. Gourgeous views of Isamilo Hills and Lake Victoria on the horizon. Exceptional breakfast (inclusive). Plushest towels in Mwanza. Wish room and restaurant service, and wi-fi, was faster.VERDICT: Would definitely stay there on my next visit.

A realy nice place here, you can eat, drink, swim or occupy a room. Swimming is allowed even though yuh have not accommodate a room. Maisha basement club is also found with the hotel though its now clossed due to some reasons. Every service can be obtained at an affordable price compared to other places. Apart from all this the place is located at un upscale land where there is a beautiful view. Services in here are being served by professionals who are highly trained. You will enjoy alot of things when you get here.

Hotel with big rooms but with poor hotel services. No hot water it takes about 5 hours water to be warm. Heaters are non functional. Poor inroom services, very cheap soaps, no toothpaste, no toothbrush, other and other services. No DSTV just a local cable with 3 visible channels. Its just a hotel room with no hotel services
