Perfect place for a rest on your safari trip, beautiful scenery viewpotnt over the Maniara Lake, great for the sunsets. Very helpfull staff, big thanks to Hans who perfectly looked after our group, 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Well recommended.

Pretty nice camp for stay. Garden is beatiful, but water pressure in shower is very low, toilets are not clean. There is a beautiful dark purple grass with flowers on territory.

Great camping place with local entertainment in the evenings. We enjoyed our two nights stay in the camp except for the rather small bed.

This is a budget friendly campsite. It is a campsite and not a luxury hotel, so it is going to be basic in nature. Management is friendly and they do their best to entertain clients. They have activities including traditional dancing to keep everybody busy and entertained in the evenings around a campfire. Decent toilets/washrooms available with both cold and hot running water. The campgrounds are safe and secure so no worries about that.You get a great overhead view of Lake Manyara from the campgrounds.We had a positive experience and will recommend it if you are on a budget.

We booked two big tents with two beds each and when we got there they had no tents for us at all. They told us they were going to solve it and what they did was to let us wait until we got tired. They were really unfriendly. There were lots of people with the same problem and there were no tents for anyone. DON’T COME TO THIS PLACE

I had breakfast here as a pitstop to safari and the food was very nice. The people were very kind too and the room I was in looked in great condition - there is some nice animal shaped decor too!

Quite a decent budget camp for a day or two stop in between safari trips. Friendly and helpful staff. Safely. There is an opportunity to camp in a large stationary tent or in a regular small one. Inside a large stationary, as a rule, there is an outlet, a light, a mosquito net (but not everywhere) and, of course, a bed. The interior is quite clean. They also provide towels, but its better to take your own. At nightfall, it is better not to walk if possible, because a large number of crawling and flying insects come out, but there is lighting in the camp. Toilets and showers are relatively clean. There is hot water. There is a small dining room and a bar with drinks on site. Food quality is ok. There is also a small gift shop. Wi Fi seems to be there, but did not use it (I had 4g).

Great place, in the evening you are provided with performances from local musicians and a number with acrobatics. Tasty food and great service.An observation deck overlooking the lake is 700 meters away. I recommend

Nice campsite, rather well maintained, a little effort on the cleanliness of the sanitary would be a plus. The big aunts at several are nice the beds are rather comfortable. By cons when there is wind at night, the aunt is really MUCH noise we made it almost sleepless night. The dining room is nice with very low prices for drinks. A small show of in is proposed on the terrace, it is convivial and the sight is pretty. Attention it will arrive first in the lunch room if you want to connect your phone!

Incredible place in the middle of nature and with spectacular views of Lake Manyara. Large tents with quite comfortable beds inside. The bathrooms very clean and with hot water. At night there are dance shows and acrobatics. Many thanks to your friendly staff for the treatment received.

Overall acceptable camping, compared to many others in the area. Abundant breakfast. A few minutes from the entrance of the Manyara NP, it is on the road that runs along the rift towards Karatu and Ngorongoro.

It is a very beautiful place, cozy, there is a small entertainment program, at the end of the day, I’m not very moving, but this one came in. The food is also superb, the staff is not annoying. I recommend

As for camping before the safari - a good place, there are lights and beds in the tents, there is also internet in the dining room and a veranda overlooking the lake
