Would highly recommend Nyanda safaris  as best tour operator in Morogoro . Thank you very much Edward and his team mates.It was highly enjoyable throughout.  All the staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the wildlife of the Mikumi national park and maasai village .  Our driver, Danford, even spotted our first sighting of a lion.  The  ride from airport  was smooth and serene - not at all like what I had imagined. The booking process and payment was smooth, Im happy we made our life time holiday.

Went on a one-day safari in Mikumi with Ed and his team. Plus they arranged a visit to a Maasai village. In contrast with my expectations, none of the experiences turned out to be too touristy. The safari guides shared a wealth of knowledge (felt like a NatGeo show in real time), and the Maasai village was very authentic (we actually sat down with the tribesmen and talked like buddies). In fact, there were only two of us in the group, so it all seemed like a private, customized tour.Throughout the entire trip Eddie kept in touch with us and went the extra mile to make sure everything was fine, solving any problems along the way quickly and effectively. Moreover, he invited us to stay at his home with his family and we went out for dinner together, which was a super cool opportunity to get a feel of the local vibe.Ive done a multitude of tours like these across the globe, but this one was probably the first to give you this feeling that you are at home and taken care of.

I did uluguru mountain hike and maasai village with nyanda safaris, it was superb! My guide Salum was  best , it was nice time to spend one night at the morning site although it was a bit cold in the night, would suggest to one of my friends to use Nyanda safaris because of best price and comfortability

We took a tour to Mikumi on a safari from nyanda safaris, we were completely delighted! Organization of the tour at the highest level. At the place of arrival, we were met in Dar es Salaam, and with full escort, they were delivered to all points of the way, with the purchase of tickets and boarding buses and ferries. The most tiresome thing is the road, but the emotions from the safari cover all the tiredness !!! The tour was selected according to our requests. It took us a safari to Mikumi for 1 full day from sunrise to sunset, the other two days were spent on the way back and forth. The guide who took us through the park was excellent 👍 showed in his book the birds we met in the park, and also showed how you can take photos of animals that were in the distance through binoculars.

Shameful service !! I was lugged from 4x4 to 4x4 for 5 days while I had to stay with the same group during my 5 day 4 night safari. And given the condition of the vehicles + the poor quality of the food and accommodation, it is absolutely not worth the price paid. The worst part is that Edward asks for more money than he expected at the last moment. In short, a tip with all the existing safari agencies: choose another !!

Safari done in August 2021, and nothing to do with the previous good comments. Edward is a crook, he asked us for more money than expected, the safari schedule was not respected, we changed 4x4 several times and paid over € 800 more than other participants doing the same route. TO FLEE !!!

Agency to flee! We are extremely disappointed and keep a negative aspect of our trip to Tanzania.We had booked a 4-day group safari with French people and especially with a French GuideArriving in Arusha for the briefing, the manager of the Nyenda agency informs us that we will not have a French guide but an English guide and that we will be with an English group.Inadmissible !! Knowing that we are not pro English level we absolutely wanted a French guide to be able to learn as much as possible about the animals and the culture of this country ...So we tried to find a solution but the agency manager clearly didnt care, that didnt seem to be his problem ...We got upset and they told us we had nothing to complain about.We were staying in a hotel where it was strongly advised not to go out, especially in the evening (it was 11:30 pm) and having paid 30% deposit for the reservation we could not go back.The next day for a change of program, the agency manager called another agency 3Wonders safari and we left, both with the guide.Omari, nice guide but not at all professional, speaking very slightly French.We had a Jeep in terrible shape, at the end of its life. On the roads it was hell, everyone overtook us. Very poorly equipped, no radio, no binoculars ... (we must have been the only ones in the parks to be in such a situation 😱)But luckily we did not break down ...On the second day we had to collect 4 people to continue the safari and they canceled for some reason. So Edward asked us for money (350 euros per person) to cover expenses because there were only two of us instead of six in the car.Already that we were in a very bad situation, we absolutely did not want to add additional costs, moreover for events which are not of our making! Unfortunately, we did not have the choice to give part of the sum to be able to be quiet because the situation was starting to be more and more oppressive and especially also to be able to have our flight back to zanzibar because we are sure that it will happen. would be arranged for something to happen to us.We had to visit a Masai village included in the program, given the situation we didnt even want to do it anymore. We had no choice and had to pay a high fee to be able to visit it. Run away, dont go, its all wrong, its really a tourist trap. There may be some goods but inquire before.Food level, the dishes prepared by the cook were very good, on the other hand the organization of the meals: disastrous, we were really pitiful next to certain tables ... well next to all the tables. We didnt even have water at some meals.Despite everything, we were lucky to see very beautiful landscapes and animals.Everything was engineered and badly organized, a lot of lies, we wasted time on a lot of things.Its a shame that an agency like this can still exist

Huge disappointment on Edwards part, several problems during our safari, Edward asked us for extra money from the start supposedly for the exchange rate whereas until then it had never been a problem.We had to advance expenses for meals that had to be taken care of, zero organization, we could not make our visit to the Maasai village, and Edward who supposedly had to reimburse us becomes unreachable, and we are still in the process. waiting for this famous reimbursement.Very poor general organization, big disappointment with Edwards honesty, very limited service in terms of comfort (and this is not specified in advance) communication which leaves much to be desired, in short to be avoided!

Big crooks, thieves, manipulators and LIARS !! Huge disappointment from this agency we trusted at the start and especially from manager Edward. After having recovered all the money as soon as we arrived from the airport, they did not respect any of their obligations, the programs were changed at the last moment without even warning us, we could not make the parks that wanted it. We had paid for a 5 night safari and 4 park days in the end we only did 3 park days and most of the time was on the road. The lodges were changed at the last minute for very low ranges, and if we dared to complain we were asked to pay more when they were well paid and more expensive than if we had taken another agency! On the last day we had to negotiate for hours to get them to agree to drop us off at our airport, they wanted us to take a private taxi at our own expense when it was obviously included in their so-called contract which does not has no value! In short, agency to avoid ++++ if you want to travel serenely and if you dont want to be ripped off with hidden costs, because Edwards agency really ruined our honeymoon!

I had the worst safari it could be: everything was changed at the last moment, the planned program was never respected, I have never been to Serengeti ... I was supposed to sleep in a lodge but I was sent camping ... the service is absolutely deplorable !!! Run away !!!

RUN AWAY !!! This is an agency of thieves, liars and manipulators !! Edward pretends to always be available on WhatsApp but once on safari things get out of hand and he begins to change his attitude. He asks for a deposit but things are not done in advance.1. A supposed oversight of costs for the Serengeti forgotten in the invoice so money to add, something we learn 2 weeks before the safari; we agree that we wont add more money after that;2. A certain Shaidi who greets us at the airport who hastens to collect all the money on arrival in the 1st hotel,3. Attempt to delete our French guide. Because I insisted on the safari route that they ended up bringing in a guide 1 hour after we left the hotel4. Change of safari schedule: change of days per park, 1/2 day less in the Serengeti when we were to have 2 half days, I contacted Edward who told me to see Shaidi,5. Change of the last lodge to supposedly allow us to spend the last day in a park. We ended up in a seedy lodge and the guide, surprised at what was going on, told us that Shaidi said we wont do a park the next day ...During a long discussion on the phone he dares to tell me that we should be happy to have done the 3 parks and that we the French are looking for trouble ...6. Attempt to get us to do activities we did not want on the last day, which we refused and therefore requested a return to the airport,7. Attempt by the driver on Shaidis orders not to take us back to the airport saying that the Safari ends in Arusha when we agreed to return to Kilimanjaro airport,8.Tried to make us pay the fees that Shaidi would not have paid to bring us back to the airport, I once again had to contact Edward to put pressure on him and tell him to do what he wants. but one must be dropped off at the airport.9. Edward clearing everything that happened, advancing I didnt know, you could have refused, in the end you didnt pay so why complain.I think Edward and Shaidi are playing a game to confuse us and better defraud us. The parks are beautiful but spoil by the organizer he asked us to pay 170euro each in addition two days before the end of the safari otherwise he would stop our safari ...

Everything went perfectly! The best impressions, although I am a frequent traveler. I have never seen such solitude with nature and complete detachment from the hectic life. Relax! I dream to return again, but for a longer period.
