Kingsway hotel has improved, I visited them in October this year, I found a very good customer service, negotiable prices for the rooms, clean rooms, clean surrounding, little improvements needed in ROOM SERVICE, like when a customer order some drinks, you must make sure to leave an opener for that customer, and not to tell your customer to call you to the room for opening a soda OR a beer! this causes disturbance for both.

4star hotel, with 5usd you can eat a main dish,1.5usd for a sweet or soup, good taste. and they have Italian, Chinese,Indian, and local food. rooms are clean with TV,aircondition, space is big enough.

The only place in Morogoro where customer care is well defined and put into life. I always enjoy the food especially home made breads,safi sana.Certainly a nice place to be..Probably the best hotel in Morogoro

Pathetic, completely pathetic, pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. Meeting space completely sub par with no internet access for teaching for presentation, or to be more fair, NO bandwidth that allows for more than 1-2 learners on a network at a time. No reliable connection to tethering, no way to run a seminar that requires any knowledge of any kind. A gigantic hole of technological incompetence that cost me about USD$20,000 because my USAID seminar couldnt run. What a F-ing embarassment for the Kingsway, and I took a professional hit because of their incompetence. I would like to post zero stars.

It has a big name in Morogoro,probably due to its structure and location!For the customer care you will hate this hotel!Manager tries a lot but the rest of his team is disaster!I had a problem with their AC,in room no.307,one their best rooms,it was making annoying noise!It took more than an hour to fix it,after calling the manager through my phone and threatening to leave the hotel!When I order for drinks to be brought to my room,waiting is a like a Trafic jam in Dar,coming from Tazara to Ubungo!👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
