This is the worst nightmare one should pay for.- Rooms were not ready we had to wait- Rooms are not clean. Bedsheets and pillows are not clean- Quality of the room is not worth the money.- Customer service so poor. You have to beg to be served for what you actually are paying them for and their manager called munir is arrogant and doesnt know how to talk to customers. He actually quarrels with you.- Waiters hardly give you attention.- The only apologise and tell you their busy.- I was declined to be served hot beverage and the reason i was told was now their concentrating in dinner so i cannot be served.-The manager actually shouted at me telling me to go and publish in newspapers.Honestly i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room carpets were quite unclean. Pillows and towels did not look as clean. The charged amount seemed undeserving for the room condition. Meals and breakfast were Ok.

Chilly chicken and jeera rice was very nice(as per our tasty) ..but ordered juice it supplied very badly...

Very Good Hospitality at Restaurant.I arrived in late hours but still Restaurant Managers arranged very delicious Vegetarian food for me even it was their kitchen closing time.Thanks a lot for the manager and staff.Will definitely visit again.

Now days its service aint that good I went with some friends to play pool table there today on reaching they dont charge to enter there so me and my friends went to play pool table there were girls there who just accompanied us to play came this dude saying if you gat no ticket while we came as a group and those girls were accompanying us so as to play pool so by short the rules of this days there arent customer friendly at all the old oasis was good but now day they just messed up everything

Bad condition of hotel rooms dont worth the price indian food is good

My visit to Oasis Hotel wasnt really good. Unable to find my dish I was forced to search for another hotel for my dinner. They have variety of Indian and Chinese dishes.However, I took watermelon juice of which wasntt great and I had to pay TSH. 5,000/= for it. Moreover, the toilets were awful! they need to rework on them (renovate and clean). Ill visit them again soon again to see their progress.

Bad Service,Not clean out side off the juce glass

The hotel is Okay, the breakfast, the pool and the food are good. We had a family room, the room was very big. Unfortunately the extra bed did not have a mosquito net. They put one up on demand but it was a round one, not ideal for kids. The fan was not working and that was fixed immediately. Service personnel was very friendly. The smell of pesticides is unfortunately very strong.

They need a serious upgrade of premises. 5 star for the customer service. First effective front desk I have seen in a normal (unrated) hotel.

Its a nice place to go out on a date, with friends or family. The there is a pool table and swimming pool, something to do when you are at the hotel. I love the food they were quite quick in preparing my food. Also, Indian food is available.

My stay there was not good. The hotel cleanliness is very poor, no hot water, their breakfast were also not well prepared as they had very few items saved that is there were no variety at all. I checked out before my schedule and checked in in another hotel.

I have been there just few days ago, overall sorroundings are great, the food is quite good, however I have experienced poor management as there is no sufficient maintanance of their facilities, I cant believe the money I paid is worthy the room I stayed, much improvement have to be done to match customers money. I was only impressed with the services of one staff (Neema-black, tall woman), she was really helpful and generous, I think she is the best of all. The food was quite good, the pool is great.The owner should roll up his/her sleeve and work on that place, it has great potential.

Food is so delicious

Its an awesome place where you can do anything to have fun, I always suggest my friends to visit Oasis as a second place to have fun in Morogoro, large swimming pool, a pool table, tasty food, the waiters are very accurate. I almost forgot the speed of the Internet Wi-Fi.

The overall environment is good with surrounding plants and a decent pool. When we were first allocated with our rooms, the corridor was super wet so we requested the lady at the reception to have the water cleared but she told us that she was the only staff available whereby we would have to wait a bit for her to get a mop and clear the area, surprising for auch a huge hotel to have one staff member to manage it all.The rooms were another issue as we had to beg the staff to provide us with a kettle and soap for the bath and that too after constantbegging. The restaurant staff are super unpleasant and rude. We asked for some pepper at breakfast and were provided with barely a pinch of pepper with the waitress leaving a comment in an unpleasant manner stating that, that was the only pepper she could find in the entire hotel HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.On the positive note the pool was pretty decent and we enjoyed swimming in it. Moreover playing pool by the lounge was also great and the location of the hotel is great as it is close to the town and many great restaurants you may wanna try out if you wanna avoid dealing with the hasstle of conversing with the rude restaurant staff. Overall this hotel is an average hotel for a vacation with the familiy and there is a huge room for improvement, especially with the behavior of the staff.

Can only talk about the restaurant. In fact, the Indian dishes are great and very tasty. Yet we have decided to not eat there anymore. Each and every time we had eaten there we ended up with food poisoning, especially with the chicken dishes (e.g Kadhai). Very unfortunate. But just no change over months. Also very annoying: on purpose or not, waiters constantly mess up the bill. Always 3k - 5k tsh more on the bill.. Earn your tip through service, not through miscalculation.

A lot of improvement need it... A lot non residents using at the weekend the swimming pool, so forget a quiet place there, next day try to use the same swimming pool at 10 am and was very dirty because the priorerty of the hotel employee was booming the floor and cleaning the bar, poor management...

Very nice rooms at an affordable rate. Well cooked meals but there are few areas to improve: breakfast and staffs hospitality. Looking forward for another stay on future 😃👍
