The place is very beautiful and the stuff are amazing but the restaurant is very slow.. If you are very hungry its not the place to go because you will wait forever 😢all in all the place is fantastic.

Decent rooms with WiFi and other amenities. Room phone was not working, and WiFi for the conference we were hosting here was not working either. I had to be walking from meeting room to my room to respond to emails multiple times during the day.

What a fantastic place to stay! Comfortable rooms with all the amenities, excellent excellent staff who are exceptionally friendly, and a great location. The bar area is awesome and a great place to grab a few drinks. The food was exceptional - a huge amount to make sure you don’t go away hungry. Very fantastic and I will be staying here each time I visit Mbeya!

Its a good place to stay. The restaurant makes really good food. The best in town I am made to understand. They however have a hot water problem. It runs out in 2 to 3 minutes of the shower which makes it even more stressful in 9 to 12 degree Celsius environment. When you visit carry warm clothes temperature drop really low.

Here you find nice rooms at a reasonable price. The landscape is cozy and welcoming!

For the price paid, the hotel is nice. Room was cleaned. Dinner was good but slow, you need to order in advance. Meals served during the workshop were great. The staff to was very welcoming.

I visited there but after paying the bills, the waitress didnt return back the change 😔 waited for it but vain, I had to leave

I stayed 3 days ,4th day i left and they even assisted to check out,I requested for refund of my money the refused as I had already paid for 4 nights .I explained and called them throughout the following week and requested to speak to their authority they refused and denied my right of refund.

Neat and clean. Has very nice garden which will leave your mind comfortable. Also the manager and his team are very welcoming and professional. I recommend to every one especially for family vacation.
