Overally the place looks good however I was disapointed withthe internet which was almost not there .struggled to connect to even whatsapp. Lost a day of work due to internet. Apart from the manager who is very professional in solving or trying to solve issues the other staff members need training in handling people especially quries .I believe they can do better .

Desderia a true Southern Hospitality.I really enjoyed my 4 nights stay at the place.Very supportive team, Charming and respectful.The food is good.Rooms are superb.Surroundings -- Natural Vegetation, Sounds of wild birds and river very comforting.Also a good place for a family lunch and dinners and lovers.

Was there on 11 Dec 2020.Great location, the water stream is a plus when seated at the outdoor area.Rooms are spacious and comfy, well kept.Service is great, front desk lady is very friendly.Food was great and fresh.However, breakfast needs a bit of improvement, there was no variety and the food was cold.

I loved it! However it would be nice to have a pair of slippers cz of the cold floors.Their menu is awesome yummy and friendly service personnel. Excellent and beautiful environment and definitely a place I would recommend to all. A small playground for kids so generally a fun place for the whole family

I stayed here for a few nights and had a great time. The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant had a large selection of foods and drinks. The chicken schnitzel was absolutely delicious, probably the best Ive ever had. One area of improvement is in the management of laundry services - it is a bit disorganised and they mixed up my washing with another guests. I was also disappointed because I paid for a room with a mountain view but was on the ground floor with a view of the parking lot and trampoline.

Food was great room was great. I did not appreciate the receptionist trying to say that my 11 year old daughter needs her own room. She could have asked for her identity documents to check her age before insisting. It was only until I spoke to the manager that she relented.

My experience here was great... I go here partly because of the silence and the calming sound of the stream... great place to chill and read after a long day... during my last visit it was a bit noisier than usual... but the staff are friendly and they agreed to improve on the experience

Beautiful location, nice and quiet when you want to get away from the busy areas.

We asked for an extra bed for our 3 year old to sleep in because the beds in the room are small. I would say they are double beds not even queen size. The staff took about 6 hours to respond and brought us a crib. I told them it wouldnt work and we are willing to pay for an extra mattress but the staff were unresponsive. I had to speak to the manager who was very helpful and sourced a mattress for me for an extra fee per night. The breakfast was average. One morning the juice was off and the next morning the food was cold because they hadnt switched one the burners of the buffet dishes. One night is rained and the askari sat near our window of our ground floor room and switched on the radio, waking us all up. The rooms had mosquitoes and we woke up bitten at night and they do not offer a turn down service in the evening where they spray the rooms. On our final day they did not offer a buffet breakfast.The positives: the rooms are fairly clean, the trampoline and play ground is in good condition and green lawn is very well kept and relaxing.

One of the best restaurants in Mbeya that is worth a visit! Beautiful clean bedrooms with TV and very new. The hotels location is in a quiet neighborhood hence youd get some good quiet time. I love cause you get to choose to either sit inside or outside.However, do have enough time cause it took a while waiting on our food to be prepared- more than 2 hours. I dont know what happens in the kitchen because there wasnt alot of people. So I hope the manager gets to work on this. Nowadays, If its for lunch Id order in advance so that by 1pm the food is ready so Id pick it up or sit and eat. The hotel is ideal for small celebrations, group meetings, casual meet ups or just a one person outing! I love their local chicken makange. If you dont like too much spices be sure to let them know not to make it too spicy!

Went there for a group dinner. The food was good though a bit salty for me. Staff was very friendly. But good thing we ordered in advance because the service was a bit slow.
