Fantastic place, a few steps from the beautiful beach.Far from noise. Peaceful. Owner is absolutely fabulous, helps with anything you need from the start to the end of your stay. A few restaurants around. Fully recommended.

Wow experience! We were looking for a very intimate resort and Arya was the best choice for me and my wife... very nice pool and friendly staff! We booked directly woth the ewnker trough whatsapp and she gave us the best price with a discount ++++++++

It is the nicest villa/hotelJust five rooms... the rooms are immaculate and very contemporary added bonus Netflix on a big screen TV..,A secluded beautiful pool set in a gorgeous garden... A beautiful restaurant right by the beach. And the food is absolutely divine.Laura the owner could not be more helpful and accommodating she was amazing...this last place I stayed for two nights it was a perfect finish to a perfect holidayI will I’ll be coming back here next year for sure

I had an incredible stay in this establishment, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, equipped with mosquito nets as well as air conditioning + fan, wifi access throughout the hotel as well as in the hotel restaurant and it there is even netflix, the establishment offers many excursions and activities with their own driver, the food is really very good and not expensive, the establishment is really on the beach but there is also a super nice swimming pool at the hotel interior. I really loved my stay. Laura, the owner of the establishment, is incredibly kind and does everything to ensure that your stay goes well. I 100% recommend Arya boutique resort and my stay in Tanzania would never have been the same in another hotel. Perfect

My wife and I travel all over the world, we have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts, but what we experienced at ARYA completely surpasses all previous experiences. The place is simply unique in the scale of the entire island. The owner, Laura, put a lot of heart into his device and you can feel it at every step. Everywhere is full of greenery and flowers, narrow streets between them and an intimate swimming pool with a few sunbeds. Just an enchanted garden. Very nice and spacious cottages, built in the African style, but with a European quality mark. We have not seen such well-finished buildings anywhere on the island. In addition, luxurious interiors, considering the Zanzibari conditions. Huge bathroom, terrace, all the necessary equipment, including a TV with free Netflix! Its great to watch a series after a day in the sun. In addition, efficient and quiet air conditioning, strong WiFI (which is very rare on the island). The resort is located right next to the beach, close to everything, lots of shops around. The best restaurant in the area (PAPAYA) in the resort. Delicious colorful breakfasts in several variants, which was a wonderful change after many places where we were served the same thing every day (mainly eggs). The staff was very friendly, helpful and smiling. We received the support and care we needed in every situation. We managed to make friends with some people (especially as they spoke a little Polish). To sum up, a perfect place to relax in peace, quiet and perfect conditions, away from the hustle and bustle of big hotels.However, the opinion would not be complete without mentioning Laura, who in a difficult situation for us (wifes illness) has shown us incredible help and support. Although Laura was abroad at that time, she was in constant contact with us. She devoted a lot of her time and put all her personal resources to help us. Honestly, we have not yet met such hospitality and commitment, for which we are very grateful to Laura.

Delightful rooms, clean and cared for down to the last detail that recall the uses and customs of this wonderful land. A true paradise for relaxation. The resorts swimming pool is also characteristic, both for the materials and for the stone waterfall. The suite is spatial ♥ ️ highly recommended !!!

As soon as we returned from a wonderful 15-day stay in kiwengwa, we stayed at the Arya boutique resort, a fairy tale from every point of view: the suite is a real gem with a hydro-massage tub, TV with netflix channels and direct access to the swimming pool; the food at the famous Papaya (directly on the beach) is the right mix between zanzibarino and italian taste. Thanks also to all the staff: Juma, Mariam, Erik, Adam ... who with their smile and their kindness have made our holidays even more special. The two certified guides Remo and Datch, always present and available, accompanied us to discover the island by answering all our questions and curiosities.But the thing I will miss most will be Laura and Christian, the owners, who with their sympathy and care for the customer made us feel at home. I am writing a review based on living in four hotels on the island.+ beautiful green area+ lovely pool area+ cleaning every day+ friendly staff+ the only hotel that agreed to charge the payment on the day of our arrival (for which many thanks)My cons are more of a hint for hotel owners.- the hotel is not on the first line. To get to the beach, you need to cross the 3m road, get to the Papaya cafe (at the hotel), and after that the beach.- breakfast is poor, little of everything.- there is little light in the room, constant drops in electricity, from which the air conditioner is constantly on / off. There was no cold water in the tap twice - once in the morning, the second time in the evening, and swimming in hot water is not entirely comfortable.- there is a wardrobe, but no hangers and hangers (number 5).- cleaning every day, but soap accessories were not refilled.- no dryer for things. We had to dry things on the railing at the front door (as all guests did). But the territory is beautiful, but when things dry near each room, the view immediately deteriorates.- The food in the restaurant is not tasty. On the day of arrival, we ordered pasta with shrimps, cappuccino and watermelon juice. The pasta is well cooked, but the sauce and the shrimp .... feel like they were cooked yesterday. The cappuccino was made with soy milk, which I learned about when I started drinking it. Moreover, it is warm and tasteless. There is a lot of ice or water in the juice.Output. The hotel, as I understand it, is completely new. Therefore, I decided to convey information so that the owners could improve the quality of the conditions of stay for their guests.
