We made a direct booking for 7 days. The booking and payment went smooth. We had the 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. The location is bit remote and not really any activities on the beach. The apartment was clean but the furniture bit old. The beds are flat on the floor with no legs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. But the biggest irritation was the many power outage. During these times you dont even have water, no shower, no toilet, no AC, nothing. We slept for 2 nights without electricity and had to shower using bottled water. They have a generator but been told its broken and the owner dont make any effort to fix it. All the places around us had generators. Thanks God i had to cut my trip short and only stayed 4 nights. The kitchen is also not properly furnished. There was no glasses to use. We had to ask the staff to bring us glasses. Also none of the doors can be locked as its broken. I will 100% not return to this place and definitely not recommend to anyone else. Only reason for the 2 star rating from me is for the staff.

Bad customer care from the customer service lady. First she block me to call customer care number, she told mei have nothing to tell her. She is eating when she talk with a customer,she has abuse words,she dont know if customer is a boss, Please replace her before lost the business.

The experience with this accommodation was the most terrible Ive ever experienced in a vacation. Even though weve waited for 44 minutes more after the checkin hour (14.00) when we entered it was a nightmare. Dirty toilets, rooms full of mold smell, bathroom doors covered in mold, the front door was not locking. We claimed all of this and the cleaning lady came again and cleaned the apartment for another more hour!!We spent the whole afternoon to find a solution to move from there that very night, because you couldnt just stay in that terrible mold smell. We canceled the booking and move to another hotel for the night. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

Had a great time living right on the beach. The small garden is perfectly cosy. There are nice restaurants quite close on the beach, a minimarket and ATM are in around 15 minutes walking distance. The staff here was very welcoming and friendly.

As you can see from the pictures this Appartement is totally inappropriate, very dirty, mold everywhere and un unbreathable air because of the mold. Doors that give access to the balcony are broken, doors that give access to the bathrooms, as you can see from the pictures, are destroyed from humidity. This Appartement was proposed for renting at 1209 CHF for 4 nights(we booked it on the Airbnb platform ) if you can imagine. At our arrival, when we saw the conditions we claimed total refund so we could move somewhere else, obviously, it was impossible for us to stay there. We had to find another place on our own so we could leave as soon as possible in order to be eligible for full refund.

Bad smell in on of the bed rooms. Don’t recommend. Manager there was nice, for her is the star.

Spacious apartment on a first floor with beautiful view. Local management ready to help anytime. Restaurants, bars and supermarket within walking distance. If you prefer privacy, this place is perfect comparing to a hotel

I dont like anything in these apartments, From dirty waiters, dirty rooms, dirty toilets, dirty garden, even the refrigerator is rusty, Ac doesnt work, you always smell the toilet chambers, their boss is looking for a reason to charge you just being told by his stupid staff. Better to stay in the Grave than in this ridiculous Hotel.

Rating at 1/5 as our experience with the hotel was very frustrating.We did a reservation more than a month before arrival date through the official website of the hotel, payed 50% deposit, and got a successful booking confirmation letter on email - and assumed that we are safe with accommodation, so started to get ready for the trip.But no, just a couple of hours!! before going to the airport we got an email from the hotel, with apologise and information that our booking was confirmed by mistake, and they were not waiting for us. Good luck.When we approached the hotel in WhatsApp demanding clarifications, we were just told again that there was no place for us (as if nothing really happened and this case was pretty ok), and a name of some hotel from Booking.com that should be available for our dates (that did not look like a place where I would like to spend my vacation at all, sorry, I would better stay home).This is where we ended up with Surfescape Beachfront Apartments experience: super stressful situation right before leaving home, looking for accommodation like crazy, no support from the hotel (they even did not check in next day (or ever) to see if we managed to find anything).Thanks God we found an amazing place to stay, as its owner told us later - someone cancelled reservation at his hotel 10 minutes before we did our, miracle indeed. Rest of the hotels available looked either overpriced or just bad (what else can be expected an evening before arrival - leftovers).Wasnt more than a month not enough for you to find out something was wrong? When we did the reservation via your website, the hotel was also available for the dates on AirBnb, so obviously there were places. If you really missed our reservation as you say, werent you surprised to see our deposit on your bank account??Or maybe the reason is that you rather cancel a direct reservation than some done via AirBnb/Booking (even though later than us), because big services would take measures for such treatment, and who cares about guests reserving via you website?

Great accommodation right on the beach. The area is nice, restaurants and bars short minute walk down the beach and clean sea. The host is very nice and helpful as well.

Very private, relaxed and comfortabele. I loved the garden and bbq. The kitchen has a blender, water cooker and a toaster wich are lovely for a healty breakfast. The staff is so friendly and going out in the night was easyJet because there are restaurant and bars reachable on foot. The magical get away from stress and a feest for the eyes.

Amazing place, just a few meters from the sea, on the beach! The apartment at our disposal tidy, new and clean, with a private garden and with the possibility of being independent for eating, but a stones throw, all on the beach, from restaurants and clubs ... Too bad we could not see the new ones penthouses that are finishing ...!

Amazing place right on a beautiful long beach with white sand and tall palm trees.Palm trees and bananas grow right in your garden, its an indescribably magical place to spend the perfect vacation!Everything is always clean, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is also large and clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful.The hosts are always helpful.We would love to go back there again!
