Prices are very reasonable. Hotel staff is polite. Better starve for dinner as the breakfast in the morning is something you shouldnt miss

Staff are very friendly and competent. Room is clean. I stayed on floor 3. Wifi is very poor and late nite noise makes it a problem for business travel. Please improve the wifi. Water was cold on day 3 due to power cuts. I would try the new hotel 2 doors down the road and compare. Oh and the food was good. Nice Indian menu and Talapia fish.

We visited the Annex in Kahama.the rooms are fair, but a bit price. The lobby was stuffy, with no windows and did not smell nice.

Neat Place, very polite, soft spoken and proactive staff. Didnt expect to have such a nice place in a small beautiful town.The Manager Mr. VENUGOPAL, was on his toe all the time.LIMO is the most active smart professional kid.Chef Lokendar took care of our food. Very friendly staf,Everyone .Very Good Food.It Must stay place.My Best wishes to Mr. Mwugambo (Owner) for all his Hospitality.

Wonderful accomodations and kitchen. Weekends get a bit loud ;) with a party atmosphere.

The showerhead broke while normal use of the shower and water came into our room. It took more than half an hour to get someone to fix it. The cleaning personal stole 80.000 shillings from us. You better find another place to stay!

We got an amazing at quite an affordable price. Full Breakfast was ready by 5am for us who had an early morning. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Kahama.

Well, the outside of the hotel is just beautiful...lots of plants (I am a plant person 😊) the rooms were just basic for 70,000 TZS. To be honest I was disappointed and I had move to a different place because I couldnt get the value for money... but well, we might have a different sense of what is value for money and what is not.Food.... they could do better.

Very big suits for family and affordable, it has big rooms and a suit can accomodate children, a kitchen and a bathtub, it is near the centre of the town, the range of food is nice from local to indian variety of choices, this is the best place to be in town. Even if you need to hold a meetings this place is your ideal choice

Good place to lay over on your way to Rwanda or from Arusha. It’s about 340Km to Rwanda border and it’s 390Km to Singida.The services is good. You can get single room and double room with hot water and drinking bottled water. We drove in very late and they are open 24/7 including restaurants and was able to get food past midnight.Breakfast is very good. Good value for money.Also has good and plenty space for parking.Generally the place is well maintained and clean.Oh I almost forgot the important thing which is rare to find in Tanzania or outside Dar. You can actually pay with a Mastercard or Visa card at the hotel.

Excellent faciliy, good services, food and showers. Advice: make sure all the time tehnicians check and fix or repair any damaged part of facilities. Eg door lock for my room was not in good condition.
