Its a nice hotel.I lacked the required customer care at LUZZU CLASSIC HOTEL and shifted to Buzwagi, things went on smoothly. I like it.

Also it offers interesting service

I managed to book the best priced room but found no mosquito net, ac not working, after I spleep for couple of hours found my room with thousands of mosquitoes, decided to make a call to reception not responded. I get out the and submit my concern to receptionist but seems like nothing can help.I sent text message to the office number available here but not replied while packaging myself for moving to another hotel I made call to the office number is when they decided to take to another room.This was my night at buzwagi hotel located at Kahama.
