It is guest house with kind host. Has everything you need to enjoy Zanzibar. There are couple of really good restaurants near by, beach is 25-30 meters ahead. Nice and quiet place.

Great place and location, only a few steps from the beach. House is fully equipped with all amenities. Hosts are super friendly and go out of their way to help!

Great value!We stay there 2 week in June and had great time.Lady who is keeping the house is helpful and friendly.

Perfect location in Jambiani near Coral Rock. Also near the beach. Cosy place, which is suitable for short and long stay. I will visit it deffinetely again

House is not clean, not as shown on airbnb offer, in a house there is living already a housemade that doesnt do anything, she invites her boyfriend and many friends, putting laud music but making coments when we put ours or we sit on veranda. No cleaning materials...avoid renting it highly overpriced for quality and service. Often no electicity and not often changed bed sheets and towels. More issues than you can imagine and no much support from owners.
