The outcome of our trip 2 days ago in Ruaha was awesome, beautiful animals!!!!Miss Helen, the receptionist was so nice and professional on the phone and in personal as well, even our guide Mr David was so patient and accommodating but arrived 24 minutes late.No surprises on at front payments and no puppy face for asking tips, a rare occasion that happened on my four year stay here in Iringa. I really appreciated their professionalism. Keep it up. Asante sana, tutaonana tena mwesi ya nane.

Very professional, highly organized, and really friendly staff. Jasmine and Helene organized a safari for me to Ruaha, and coordinated for me to go with other people to save money. It was an amazing safari thanks to Emmanuel, a highly knowledge and friendly driver. Bateleur even helped me buy bus tickets to Arusha and organize an early morning boda ride to the station. I highly recommend them!

Yesterday, June 9th, my family and friends went on an amazing safari in Ruaha National Park. David, our guide had great English skills as well as amazing guide skills. His knowledge on how animals would react to a leopard led us to seeing one of the rarest animals in the park, a leopard! I highly recommend their services.
