This is a safe and clean hotel with a fair price and great location if you want to be close to the bus stand but its very very basic as far as it goes. The hot water is plus or minus and the alley that its down is not safe to walk down at night. The staff and rooms themselves are very nice/very safe and clean. Its a favorite/standard for peace corps volunteers and fine for experienced travelers who are looking to have a cheap place to crash but I would not recommend it to anyone else.
