Modern clean Appartements. Nice deco. Good staff. Fair price if you book direct.But the 13th Floor Restaurant is just a simple canteen although the location would be top. They even dont serve Coffee for breakfast. And for the pool you must pay additional per person.

I dont know what to say, this place is fantastic. So friendly, quite, clean and rooms with killer viewP.S It has great WiFi 😂

Many reason to love this place.- Clean- Mode of transport is very accessible like daladala, bajaj, Uber.- Security- Views on different perspective like Mwanyamala, Mikocheni and Makumbusho areas.- Great WiFi- lobby & gaming area.- AffordableBiggest challenge is to get groceries. You have to walk like 5-10 minutes to Kairuki Hospital Area, grab Daladala to Makumbusho (which is next stop) Bus Terminal or you ask staff to ask someone to get for you with extra little tip.

This is perfect destination for short or long stay in Dar es Salaam for both business and leisure.
