Bad experience... we arrive and no one Wear mask !!we really had the impression of disturbing, and I was received by someone called Deborah ... very bad reception, the less she could work the better it was for her, and she obviously wanted to end quickly our interview. We had to insist on getting help, and for her to email the center in Dubai to get our request answered ... Deplorable

Fast up coming Airline from UAE. Charming & helpful staff. They also assist to get me a Dubai visa on reasonable price than other others but you must buy a ticket from Flydubai. Collected after 2 days. If you want so save some dollars buy online. Here you have extra payments regarding taxes and exchange rates. Confirmed reference number will help you to get visa & printed hard copy if you want.

First time traveling with flydubai..checked in online before just to get a preferred sit. Airline representative comes before few minutes of boarding with a different boarding pass telling that your sit is changed...really disappointed with first experience. Won’t travel again with you guys or won’t refer flydubai again

Scam!My flight was postponed by Fly Dubai but the new dates absolutely do not correspond to what I need (5 days difference). No help is provided. I am at an impasse, no solution is offered to me by the company. I looked everywhere on the site, impossible to find how to be reimbursed for this flight postponed to an indecent date.I advise everyone not to go through FlyDubai!
