Hello we are tour operators from Tanzania who booked for our clients from time to time tickets via the app of trip indigo, for safari flights.. we stoppedafter their director from London Mr. Mark failed to take responsibility of a ticket we bought from Zanzibar to Arusha with Flight link another notrecommended companyClients of us Sima Safari who arrived to the flight on 15th July and after we confirmed with ground manager on Flightlink the flight is on ,, realize there is no flight,, not massage no call to let us know... and the most important Trip indigo didnt compensate us on the 2 other fight we had to take and other expenses coused only becasue of them,, companies that know to sell product but do not know to take responsibilities on mistakes ,,, never ever buy from them service or product trip indigo is such company
