Good and cheap net work

I had quite a poor customer service experience here. There was a couple staff members just hanging around making jokes with a customer and answering rudely to anyone asking questions. Surprising honestly. And quite unfortunate. But at least the ones who were working were fast.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The help phone line in English only goes about 2 pages deep before making a selection with your phone no longer works. Emails bounce back from the help desk and dont work. Twitter and Messenger messages are ignored. Online Recharge is confusing and Data Bundles are named strangely. Honestly, if this was a business in North America or Europe it would have crumbled a long time ago. Absolutely useless.

The place is cool, not too fancy but with rather fast service, not too congested inside

The place is very small to accommodate a lot of customers at once. They have to consider an expansion. Airtel is a big network, it does not deserve a small place like this.

Worst network every day after 9pm, worst ...k network, what plugging i need to be in airtel network....no 1......
