Nice shop with Japanese design products at very reasonable prices & High quality products . Friendly staffs

No doubt Miniso is one of the best places to find a wide range of household items and accessories overall for a reasonable price. However they have one of the worst customer services so far. This happened today (27 January 2020) at around 6.30pm whereby my mom bought a packaged product knowing its the one she saw on the shelf and just during checkout next to the entrance she realized it was not the one we saw on the shelf because of its packing. On turning back and requesting the sales woman to accept exchange for the product, she the so called in charge for Miniso - Aura Mall repeatedly kept on denieng to exchange for us the product even though we had just purchased it a few seconds back and were right next to the miniso shop upon realizing the product wasnt the one we wanted. There is a better way of treating customers but with such kind of behaviour from the sales woman in charge, this is a perfectly minus five stars earned for Miniso unfortunately. I would appreciate contacting the manager or someone higher than this lady since she could not help us out.

Its a great shop but they have real trouble in putting price labels on their products. Its extremely annoying to have to call someone every time you want to know the price of a product. Also its very annoying not to know the time it opens. Been there twice at 10am and it wasnt yet open.

Please reopen your branches in Dar es salaam

Great shop with Designer items and reasonable price. But it lack maintenance such as price labeling as it is troublesome to call a worker every time to ask for price.

Mini so staffs has no customer care, they keep us out of the shop for 6 hrs. And today they did the same thing since morning we are here and they are in shopping by theirselves and friends.

It’s nice but if you’re looking for We Bare Bears merch, like me, prepare to be disappointed. Not a single item.

Nothing there , if you wanna just waste your time it’s the best choice ! And the most interesting thing is a lady is following you by each step you do in store 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
