Mabibo hostel was constructed to host many of university students as per available resources.Hostels has distinct architectural features with different colours and styles to influence accommodation and guarantee appreciation.Many of UDSM students prefer most to be hosted throughout academic year because of advanced food recipes compared to many Cafeteria around campus.It has to be rated as good hostel to host many students from university. especially UDSM students.

It offers great accommodation for students.. And a lot of services are easily reachable.. There is various food places to pick from, and most places even give late night service. An active gym is just around the corner, hair saloon services are all over the place. A sports field, bank services, medical services among others are all in a walking distance. To top it all up, the security there is top notch😃 All in all, it is difficult to miss the basics at mabibo hostel and the surrounding areas.

Its strong , safe and affordable place for student, more congratulations to the university of Dar es salaam and our government for their good maintainance of these hostel🙏

Serviced to accommodate wheelchairs,Better sanitary and sewage disposal.Kitchen rooms are not serviced with equipment and nobody is allowed to cook food except the Bloc Wardens.Students are only allowed to use electronic irons and boiling jugs not the other cooking utensils

It is a good place but only student with id are allowed to enter.Hot girls are there so dont hestate just come.You may come with private car or public things are easy food is obtained in the surrounding.Mostly welcome

University of Dar es salaam hostels. I love the sport facilities basketball ground where i used to play, and soccer pitch. Also there is a dispensary (24/7) available services in case of emergency plus cafes, stationery, enough car parking space.

The rooms are okay, better for the Masters students.For the undergrads, there are usually more people than the rooms can handle (sub-letting is commonplace).Water is often accessible on the lower floors, mostly the ground and first floors - otherwise there are water tanks outside each block where one would go fetch with their bucket. Or if youre too lazy to do that, you coud pay the janitors around and they help you with that.

Nice Hostel mostly available for University of Dar es Salaam local students, within the compound there is a Bank, ATM machine, food and soft drinks cafeteria, stationery and Laundry room.

Atms are available ,food services ,free wifi is available parking ,dispensary is also there.It is one of the best hostels in Tanzania universities at al because of Good design , constriction and maintanance ,management is also good , The good thing is that the accomodation costs for students are affordable for Tanzania economy level.

A good place to stay with big rooms and cheap rent.. rare water problems and has tight security.. they require Id cards on the gate..has a big playground for exercise and sometimes concerts..the highlight is the number of food restaurants just close by

Its a big hostel for UDSM out Campus which accommodate huge number of students, second to UDSM main campus hostels.The place is located near to Ubungo and its around 4km from UDSM main campus.

This is the Hostel for the Students of University of Dar es salam, However rooms are available for rent during Holldays which are February, July - October, The problem with these hostels are not luxurious, No tap water, You fetch outside the hostels from tanks For laundry,Washing...Some they are connected though if you are Luck Enough
