Absolutely dreadful! Was really craving some baklava and headed over to their outlet at Mlimani with the entire family. Calling the abomination they served, baklava, would be the biggest insult to the dessert. To top it off, they charge 15k for this disgusting mess. I also tried their hummus as it takes exceptional skills to mess up hummus. But, they didn’t disappoint me here either. They somehow managed to mess that up to. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this place.

Its a nice place with affordable prices but quite noisy sometimes. Food portions are small to medium size.It serves alright for a quick meal and group sittings.The outdoor space is also good and features live music performances on evenings

I find the place decent.. do not sell alcohol, very suitable for discussing deals, and occassional work outside the office (that is, if you do not mind a little background music). Food/drinks a bit expensive by local standards. Two parts exist, the indoor (air-conditioned) and the outdoor.

Terrible food and service. ☹☹It took the waitress 30 min to come take my order, they have the worst customer service. I ordered a kofta wrap $7 and it was full of potatoes, the wrap tasted as starch. It only had 4 pieces of meat in it, they are too stingy to add more. It was bad.Dont waste your money, try other restaurants at mlimani city mall, this Istanbul thing is a disaster.

First time and last time. Ill never go back. I felt like I was totally ripped off after eating here. One pays the same 9,000 for hummus at Epi Dor but one gets ten times more food there. If you want Turkish food, Anadolu restaurant at Slipway is a thousand times better than this place and Im not even a big fan of Anadolu.

It is a very nice restaurant that located inside of mlimani shopping mall. They have a very nice and delicious menu that you will definitely enjoy. The foods, i recommend turkish pizza, turkish shwarma. They also have fresh juices. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity.

I really wanted a coffee before shopping and I saw this Turkish place so I decided to try it out. They created a really beautiful garden, everything is green and it seems like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Nice seating and decorations. The staff is super friendly. I absolutely loved the coffee and the fresh juice! What a gem! Will definitely return here on my next visit to the mall!

Istanbul turkish restaurant is now indoors as well at mlimani city. It feels more cozy and comfortable.

We ordered the only vegetarian dish in their menu which was the Veg Turkish pizza and chips. It was different and good. Everything else is non-veg.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to in the city. Imagine spending over an hour and a half after ordering for the waitress to come and ask what your order is again. There is no sense of hygiene, the tables covered with sticky stains that they dont even bother wiping. Completely disgusting. The worst, absolute worst service I have ever experienced in this country. I advise you if you plan on coming here, just dont, stay home or even better find another place to eat.

Theres nothing fast about this Istanbul Turkish fast food, as they call it, and almost nothing good about this place, in general.The first thing i tried to order, I was told it would require 25 minutes. The second and third choices? . . . . I was told 15. I settled on my fourth choice, of which I was told 10 minutes. When it arrived almost 20 minutes later, it was cold. At the end of the meal the waiter took my plates and so could see that i was completely finished but would not ask about or bring the check until i notified her. She unnecessarily asked if i was paying by card when that was already obvious because i was holding it out in front her. She walked away, said nothing, and left me holding it. A few minutes later a Turkish guy came and she handed him the card. He was working on that with the machine for more than ten minutes, AND I AM NOT EVEN LYING OR JOKING. Nobody, including the turkish guy, said a word to me about what was happening. Finally, a manager, who had long since disappeared before my food arrived, came to me, gave me a very weak apology, and handed me the card and receipt in a flippant way.This experience was actually not a lot worse than it normally is here. This will probably be my last time here.The servers are lazy; passive-aggressive; talk low so you cannot understand them; are not willing to answer questions directly with a yes or no; and then ask you about things that most people would find obvious. Lastly, I have been to the city of Istanbul three times, also through other regions of Turkey, and the flavour of this food is very weak compared to most restaurants in Istanbul, as they call it. I am even told by the manager that the owner is from Istanbul. What is he really trying to do here, especially for these high prices? Food from other countries is limited in Tanzania, but I get much better tasting food at Indian restaurants in town center, Dar Es Salaam for less than half the price of this Istanbul restaurant. Shame on this place!

Pretty good food, if a bit overpriced. Im not sure how authentic it is, since Ive had Turkish friends which made food somewhat different than this. Its generally fast, and the fresh juices were good. Not a standout restaurant but a good option considering what else the mall has to offer.

This was so nostalgic. I always went to Turkish restaurants when I was in North America. The challenge in Geneva was language. But the food was awesome! I will visit again and again while in Geneva. Conveniently situated within the shopping area. Watch out though, Geneva is incredibly expensive!

Perfect shawarma they call doner and i could suggest to try Pide as well.

Inside Mlimani city a newish Turkish fast food place maybe connected to the restaurant. I enjoyed the food and drink and able to have a chat in Turkish.

Nice place to have a quick meal while in Mlimani Mall. I took a team of 14 people for a quick meal and we received good customer service. Nuru, I forgot to ask her position, took our order promptly and served us well. She speaks English and Swahili fluently. The place is clean; Price of food is comparable to other fast food restaurants in the Mall

Everything was poor. Too many staff but no one to come and listen. The table was too dirty. Samosas were burnt, the tea wasnt tasteful and all took too much time to land on the table. Theyll need to change their way of serving customers.

The food at this outlet can be alot better. The prices are way above for the portion serving.. Had ordered a wrap which was dry compared to what you get in town and the pilau rice was acceptable but the portion could have improved.. Taste wise, it was ok, its not something i would recommend my friends.

Delicious breakfast and palatable meals

Based at the Two Rivers Mall in Nairobi, food court. Facing the Man Made swamp and Quad Bike Area. The restaurant management are not very Friendly do not listen to Clients and are very rude! Might be due to Language Barriers. And they do not amend a food option ie: add or remove n item from selection as per clients request. The employees and Waitreses were so afraid to aproach their own bosses, for a request on food! That we had to do it our selves. That tells all on the place! Management need to change their Behaviour on service! Meals were AVARAGE TASTING for a turkish restaurant. Nothing Special about the place!

The food tasted amzaingly good. A new taste in Dar. Just one dish was a little disappointing which in return I was not refunded when I returned it due to bad smell. The manager did not even think of coming and talking about it. Thats why rating it 4 star.
