Quiet & airy ambience ideal for couple or group dinners. Tried their Portland Jamaican Jerk Chicken served with Rice & Peas, Plantains & Stir-fry Vegetables... The marinade in the chicken was just the right amount of savoury(Best Ive had in a while) & the rice/peas brought back fond childhood memories 😋Definitely recommend this place for the taste bud nomads out there😉

They organized my birthday party it was amazing the set up was beautiful, we had privacy, the food was delicious just be ware if you dont use pepper, but overall they were very accommodating. It is a perfect spot for a small function...a hidden gem

I literally crave this place. I am American and when I want to taste the authentic Jamaican oxtail I go here. The ambience is so pleasing to all the senses. You would be crazy to deny yourself a visit to Kingston 8. Just Go!

Its nice and cozy place to chill for some dinner and wine. Kerosine lamp makes it more appealing. Happy Hours and so many option to vegans and non-vegans it terms of food.

Though Im told the vegan dishes are to die for, this chicken meal was mediocre and lacked the cheeses mentioned on the menu

Amazing place for Jamaican food, but the portion sizes are simply (way) too small. A few times they did make more when requested but for the price it should be served as a standard. Hopefully they can correct this in the future as the taste is simply wonderful.

Had the Jerk chicken. Well presented and tasty, but very small pieces of chicken and quite expensive, even for Masaki. Well never come back.
