I ordered lemon chicken at balis, but the portion was so small and it was so expensive!Imagine just this for 9500/-!2 stars for taste, no doubt it was delicious but very disappointed with the portion and the price.I wouldn’t want to go there again.

When we entered- no one ushered us to a table.We got a table ourselves and waited for 30 minutes and no waiter turned up in spite of us calling them thrice.We go and ask the man at the counter to please send a waiter as we have been waiting for service for quite a long time.We patiently wait for another 15 minutes and still no one comes.We got agitated and left.The joke...No one even noticed that customers leftIf you want to go there for poor service.Be my guest.

This one is long time favourite, food choose on the menu and pricing will always be of favour , Bails is among the first Indian , Pakistani and continental restaurant in upanga area.Let the empty restaurant device you. Most of there business during week days is of take out.Surly would recommend all the BBQ items on the menu. The rest ,have a go at it surly you wouldnt go wrong.

Not happy at all, me and my family waited an entire hour and no waiters approached nor acknowledged us, the tablecloths were frayed and stained, and even one star is generous, considering the terrible quality and cleanliness, even though most of the reviews are about the food, Im not willing to wait over an hour just for food probably as good as any other restaurant

At one time a shining restaurant however people dont dine in that often anymore. There has been no renovations and hotel etiquette has dropped over the years, however their bbq still remains one of the best in town. Famous for their bihari kebab and chicken Botis. A place one must visit.
