They should really improve the service. They should try to put people to direct them or put posters which specifically instruct people which service is provided in which area. The place used to have Air conditioning system but now its no longer functional. They should really fix it. Its not like A.C is a luxury but the environment requires it. I hope they put the idea into consideration.

They seem too be constantly busy and ask alot of requirements. However all in all they doing a good job

Honestly Id rate the place 5⭐ s but there are service that one can note online like the option for duplication of birth certificate but after completing my application. Going to the place I was surprised to find that the service is has not yet confirmed to be on use. But I did get help for that thaty why I rated goodAnd it takes a week for fully processing

Bring some time and patience as queues are long and several stops are required, including a payment at NMB Wakala just outside the building. Also come with all necessary documents. Lastly, check closely any received documents for eventual mistakes. As they are constantly overloaded, mistakes may happen.

The place is well organized....i loved how they maintain the security at that place....no one gets in unless you show them your ID...their services are well planned...they serve a large number of people at a time...they are really the best

Its an easy-to-find place for it is at the center of the city, and also its one of the tallest buildings in the city.

The architecture could be better, lifts are extremely slow, and the customer service is alright. It does get pretty crowded and even if they wanted to help you, due process and bureaucracy make it hard to get things done. The law is the law, for once the customer service is actually good and bilingual and they smile too. Just dont have high expectations when the law doesnt allow it. They actually have empathy unlike most places because they understand life and death situations.

Not very organized as such if they would only have it under one floor it would be convenient rather than having someone climbing up and down three floors for payment and photocopy and also why not have a bank teller and a photocopy machine on the premises? Its just logical...

New building with very old fashioned facilities.entrance is through the basement .only 2 lifts which never come to the basement.u have to climb the narrow stairs to 3floor then go back outside for payments and photocopies and then climb the stairs again to 3 floor then walk down to 1st floor to show the rcpt .no fans in the building and air conditioning is non existent.very very poor Management with many many ppl coming day in day out

They say that certification of birth certificate takes 3 daysBut its taking unusually long time... ( one week today ) this is very irresponsible and unproffesional very bad experienceIts supposed to be online but I have to to there by myselfI need the certified certificate onlineI dont know how long its going to take ?
