Very slow service. Only 1 person at customer service attending both the front desk and another office upstairs. Backlog of IDs from several years. One person refers you to another and that person could return you to the same to the same person. If you must visit this office, plan to waste your whole day. Carry a book, pending work, or a movie to watch while you wait outside. Only good thing is you get directions for where to go from when you enter the gate. So you are sure you arent standing in line at the wrong place.

Its a day (full) out job but thanksfully the systems are in place. So great 👍
