The worst experience I ever had! Food supplement (Barley tea bag) come from same African country parcel needs a lot of process, payments, procedure to release. The song from Shakira reminds me that this is really Africa!

I had the worst experience ever! I m still waiting to get a parcel from Italy delivered on the 30th Oct. On the tracking still say estimate time of arrival 10th Nov. Today is the 18th! Still sitting at DHL at the airport, costed a fortune! I called every day, the same reply: call later! No attention for the customers at all! I will never use dhl again.

DHL Tanzanias service is mixed, stressful and you should only use DHL Express if you can wait a few days. Clearing takes ages, they sometimes ignore phone calls. I got my parcel eventually but I needed my assistants to chase them a lot. Service delivery is OK - not great. Still DHL TZ is better than Fedex Tanzania I suppose.

Slow and unreliable, need to find another company to work with!
