Its wonderfully but the only problem is we cant have actual costs to pay even after the arrival of parcels and we are instructed to deposit and later the systems sends the bill again for payment leading to double payments and automatically prompting to refund process which has also to fill the forms and submit online.Otherwise the service is incredible with full time updates through the link send by message after pickup.Bravo DHL. Just renovate the system for immediate delivery for willing to pay customers instead of waiting for 72hrs after payment. I paid on Friday and received the parcel on Wednesdays noon. Thats too much waiting time for the now world.Thanks you.

Late delivery, took a month for a parcel from Kigali to Dar es Salaam, without any communication on what causes the delay. I had to personally follow up on my parcel, calling the DHL Tanzania Office to inquire on what the matter is that causes the delay. I think for DHL to remain relevant in the region, they need to improve on customer feedback/update. They also need to add one or two staff to attend to customers at their Dar es Salaam Airport Office. One does not have to wait for an hour or so (I waited for 2hrs) to collect their parcel. It is really unnecessary wastage of customers time.

Dhl is having a huge problem, the service is poor. No communication between employees, they dont seem to know where the parcel is.It takes 15-20 days to receive a parcel and they charges are getting higher day by day.

Horrible. They repeatedly failed to deliver our package, which we’ve already paid for, and now we have to pay to go and pick up our package on top of that. Using taxis and wasting our time. I’m unbelievably disappointed by how unprofessional they are. I expected more from a big company.

Place is Ok , But Service of DHL is pathetic and worst . Worst ever customer service and behaviour of Staff. My consignment arrived on 15th May and today on 25th I went personally to collect the same. For this consignment we paid 583 USD . Was it worth ?? Would you like to continue with DHL ??

They don’t deserve any good comment. This is DHL, everything should go fast and fluently. That is why we choose DHL to deliver our parcels. But, the stupid thing is that I wait for the whole afternoon to get my small parcel, unfortunately, they just tell me wait for a minute, then I wait the whole afternoon and I don’t get my parcel!!! This is dhl?

The entrace gate is very unfriendly to understand where it is. I advise a direct gate to be opened at the main road

The place is surely a hoot place and a bit long walking distance from gate to the office, they are fast but very expensive. Max kg that you ship through DHL is 300kg

They are sometimes quick and sometimes they are very clumsy and they forget your processing documents. Other times they are fair in price but sometimes, they overcharge too much for the items you bring. Its up and down
