Staff were friendly, but somehow this hotel was lacking.We were as a couple were only given one towel and one bottle of water, if we wanted another bottle we were charged.The hotel was dated, and their was no working light in our bathroom.It was not worth the money, and I will not return.

Customer service is challenge .....but otherwise is nice decent place to unwind an evening...

Its relatively affordable, the rooms are nice, service are incredible.

We received a good, charming service. The now have functions hall for weddings, etc,etc. Very modern facility.

Even though tucked away in Tabata, a few km from Town they serve ice cold beers, very attentive service from their team. I havent tasted their food but will return to do the same and share my experience.

Good Hall, I attended the wedding ceremony there

The place is very comfortable for meetings and good service rendered.We had a beautiful meeting for wedding preparations. We rejoiced a little bit....

The service was very good and the hotel was clean and kids liked the elevator.

I was there in April 2015 and I found the place decent. The receptionists are helpful and friendly and the food is quite good. I was in a deluxe room which was quite comfortable. The tab for the jacuzzi tub was broken so I just used the shower. For its price I would say its a good place to stay

Hotel affordable. Rooms are spacious. Some items are perfectible (lift, hot water, space around toilet...). Staff members are really available and nice. Breakfast is good.

The room are clean and nice. Good valued price. The down side is the location. Not really close to the Airport actually as the road can be very jamed.

Its a place where you will be secured with your properties and rest with no worries because there is police station nearly, also they save a variety of food and beverage 24 hrs and 7days

Great location big rooms a bit old
