The doctor was good, but the rest of the team responsible for the NHIF (insurance) patients are mean, especially the pharmaceutical store. Un necessary delays, i went there today for dressing, they kept me around for more than two hours, just to tell me they cant address me because they do not have necessary instruments, then why didnt they tell me all that time? Also our time values, so whats next? Sooo bad. Some of tgeur guys are just so mean, and I just hope the management does something ti make the situation better. I asked them why they didnt tell me earlier and they are just like sorry, so what will the sorry do to me? Will it give me my time back?
