The hospital has good equipment but Very poor in Managing appoitments. There is avery long que of Patient waiting sometime simple lab ttest took more than 3 hours I dont recommend this hospital for serious ailments. Better opt another hospital.

The doctor REFUSES to write down a prescription says shes scared of being fired, and the patient must go directly to the pharmacy to buy medicines at exorbitant prices.The pharmacist REFUSES to give says she is scared of being fired and must just directly buy medicine. All this after waiting in queue for 3 HOURS.What is the point of paying 35000 consultation fee if the patient is FORCED to buy medicine from you at high prices.SHAMEFUL

Great hospital. very affordable I can say and also supports NHIF insurance services. They have high tech. equipment and very clean environment. it is on city center so traffic is heavy especially on peak hours all access roads are filled with vehicles

Very Bad cultural,staff are not at all professional they give very wrong information. Doctors are having high head weight,especially causality.i personally have very bad experience regarding the wrong information from the Lab in charge. better dont prefer the hospital

There are some specialists who think they have it all, what they do is listen to you, record and give you medicine. but they dont tell you go for testing first. it has happened three times, he always listen and record then gives me medicine without investigation. so whats next is, i was prescribed with wrong medicine 3 times. went to the other hospital i found out what i was suffering from then they gave me some medicines that cured my disease.

Dear all,Its an absolutely bad experience for patients to wait for that long for their medications at Regency hospital pharmacy department! And please be informed, this mighty service (PHARMACY) at Regency hospital is supposed to be 24 hours operational (yes, 24 hours!), which means, it must serve patients as normal around the clock! Unfortunately, that isnt the case...Its up to the Regency hospital management to sort out this issue as a matter of urgency for the benefit of patients and those who accompany them to the hospital!And you know what?!...the situation (of waiting for your medications endlessly!) is even more critical at the night...with scores of mosquitoes enthusiastically waiting to have a go on you! FYI, these species of mosquitoes can bite...

Some of the staff don’t even bother helping you with anything, others are just plain rude. It can take to up to 4hrs to wait for a simple malaria testThe lab tech was very harsh and used very discouraging words when taking some tests, I guess if ur using insurance the treatment they give u is next to nothing compared to cash patients.

Service is very poor like public hospital. May be because of overloaded customers. Before was my best hospital but when I think of the que and long waiting time I go to other hospitals ,however the doctors are one of the best.I advice you invest in digitization on queuing systems.

I had a terrible experience there, I had a swollen finger and went there for treatment. The doctor said they had to use a needle to see whether there is blood or pus inside. The charged me for operation but the other doctor said there was no need for that. The process of claiming back the money for the operation while didnt need any operation was disappointing and listening to the other doctor saying why charge you all this? Made me lose hope with this Hospital.

The Regency Medical Centre has qualified Doctors, Physicians and Nurses and it is Customer friendly. It has mostly all Laboratory Equipments, a Pharmacy , In house and Out house patient services and a very clean environment. Love and Care is visible too! Report early and get treated fast!

One of the worst hospital i have ever had an experience with especially with the laboratory ( always having technical problems and take hours to days ) when u call their phone numbers they also refuse you to connect to the specific department and disconnect the phone. When you call again they refuse to receive also. Just great!

The doctor was good, but the rest of the team responsible for the NHIF (insurance) patients are mean, especially the pharmaceutical store. Un necessary delays, i went there today for dressing, they kept me around for more than two hours, just to tell me they cant address me because they do not have necessary instruments, then why didnt they tell me all that time? Also our time values, so whats next? Sooo bad. Some of tgeur guys are just so mean, and I just hope the management does something ti make the situation better. I asked them why they didnt tell me earlier and they are just like sorry, so what will the sorry do to me? Will it give me my time back?

Worst Thing the Que .. why the hospital can not increase Doctors special for Pregnancy department. And after taking appointment also have to stand in the que. Such a nagative things... Hospital should be improve to give Facility .. coz They are taking money....they should give earliest treatment

Good Hospital with modern facilities! Yet you got to be early so as to leave kindly early. Specialists are around. Health insurance cards are accepted.

Regency is good from side of medical Doctors and nursing but there is few no of toilets and also they have are not functional and ac does not work properly.

Too bad service even from casualty and doctors,visited hospital with chest pain taken chest x-ray ,they given cd to show doctor, while show that to doctor he tells I dont know to use,they cant print the x-ray too,even in casualty guy also not responding,very bad response by collecting money
