The worst customer care ive ever seen. Good doctors..nurses but the receptionists ( though not all) are undoubtedly bad

It is a very good hospital. Good and fast service you dont have wait long compared to other hospitals . But I think they could improve the lab so as to reduce the time waiting to take specimens (for diagnosis)and the wait for the tests results.

At Bochi Hospital, the customer is a king. They have kind nurses, polite customer care, always doctors listening the patient and provides a consultation with a sweet language. I cant compare with others. Dont worry about breakfast or lunch when you visiting at Bochi Hospital, they have a good restaurant which provides a good local food with an affordable price.
