The man who did my nails was extremely rough and I felt like the skin around my nails was being burned off by the friction of shaping and buffing. The force at which my cuticles were being pushed back was way too hard. I also had my prior dip nails removed and instead of getting them removed via the normal buffing and acetone, they were pried off! Even though I repeatedly said that this hurt, he kept carrying on. Parts of my nail were probably taken with it because I then had to have several layers of dip powder added to my nails because they were too thin.Later instead of guiding my hands or telling me to put my nails under the UV lamp, he just shoved my hands there. Since he kept doing this without any acknowledgement of how hard or where he was shoving my hands, this caused the base of the dip powder to smudge, which he then had to buff AGAIN extremely hard. From there I assumed that the base powder had smudged over to the sides and that was what he was removing when he went to shape my nails, but to my unfortunate surprise, he slowly with every session of extreme buffing completely changed the shape of my nail. There was nothing I could do by this point as each nail was too narrow to fix. There was an overall lack of communication and sense of care. I was very eager to leave and was extremely shocked at the level of service.

The service is great very welcoming and women there are very friendly. This is my second time there and the first time I did a manicure and pedicure it was great and relaxing although I was not happy with the gel they did on my nails. So I decided to give them a second chance and the job was done very very poorly !! Dissapointed..

Their home made natural scrubs are definitely worth a try, with so many benefits. Pedicure and manure are also great here. I have not tried hair styling or massages but will return for a scrub with massage. I only wish they’re a little more gentle with their hands when doing facials.

Worst manicure pedicure ! I am shocked at how bad it was . The woman doing it started off very friendly but as soon as I asked her to please get my nails the same length and nice and round she started teething . The equipment they used was not sufficient to be doing a professional job .I also had my eyebrows done which I asked to be dark . The woman forgot about me and went on to do some one elses eyebrows leaving the dye on my skin which she then proceeded to scrub so hard to try and get off it left sores .Over all very unimpressed !

I originally got a coffee scrub and pedicure giftcard for this place but they also gave me a free mani. I added.the best Swedish massage ever and was relaxed. It was well worth my time and money and the staff were lovely. Thanks Charity. Would definitely go there again in a heart beat.

Beautiful atmosphere. Staff is nice. Good and cheap to get nails done. Wouldn’t reccommend getting hair done
