Absolutely lovely place with very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms had private bathrooms and air conditioning with a fan. The location was close to the beach and easy to get to the beach clubs where you can get nice food (if youre willing to wait a while). The staff are very concerned about visitors safety and very willing to give advice. We ate dinner with the father and staff one night and it was amazing. Highly recommend if you want a cheap safe nice stay in dar es salaam. Check out the roof terrace !

Its not a guest house. But a midway for Passionist priests in their way in/out of the country. A lot of Europeans especially Italians are there. The place is full of security cameras in and out of the compound. Give them a visit, they are very kind people.

I would say it is best place for those looking for budget place. But the thing is it is very clean and safe ;even more, breakfast is included. Actually father and sisters here are very kind and friendly.

The air conditioner doesnt work well. It is cheaper. Water comes out well. You can use a common refrigerator. In the morning, only one fruit comes out. The rooftop view is not bad (very personal).
