Among the Revenue authorities found in the city centre, to speed up the process and accommodate the crowds, staff are not friendly sometimes and difficult to get what you want if your not used to the system.

Giving out services involved with Tax payments, be aware there are people called “vishoka” swahili for conman out there trying to help you about payments but their motive is to steal your money.

In Tanzania, it is a far cry today, as the revenue regulator cannot control the cars payment system through a system that provides bad feedbacks. misinforming the correct and incorrect thing by answering the same answer .We should be told by the authorities that when you ask for the cost of an automobile for a car answer and you ask the motorcycle for a car you really do not know this is a strange thing.
Please make the most of your detailed information to be written in Swahili because most taxpayers dont know how to read english.
