I am very happy to discover that in Dar es Salaam you can have trustful online retailers like Nida & Danish products. They have excellent quality items at reasonable prices. Besides, great customer service!

Bought 2 Gascookers + oven combination, promised to get warranty. We are here a few weeks later, trying to install it, but the ovens in both machines dont work and the cookers do leak gas. So we are stuck with 2 not working gascookers + oven combinations. Spend over 10M Tsh and cant use them because of gas leakages. This company didnt solve it and doesnt contact us back with solutions. Spare parts are not available. We have been contacting this company several times, promising to come back to us. But few weeks later, and completely silent from their site.

Poor quality products not genuine. I dont recomment. I bought water heater and microwave. We dont need companies like these in Tanzania. We should wave to save peoples money .
