They are not professional at all, they tell you that you ill get your goods in a week but its been already three weeks and whenever i call them, they say its in clearance. I called them again on Saturday and they said i ill get it delivered on Monday. I still haven’t received my goods. I will never use this company again!

I have my shipment shipped by aramex it’s written in the website that “the shipment held for clearance awaiting duty and tax payments for customer” do the aramex will take it for me and I pay them or what the process this my first time I order. Where I should go I called u but no response

Do not follow their GPS location... You will waste your time and money.... Wrong location.... They are not Up to the standard of international courier service except at their Dubai facilities....
