I am really disappointed with the service UPS is providing here in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I called for a week straight at different times within their service hours and no answer. When the phone was answered 1 time the person hung up without saying anything. Its a business I respected in America as I have friends and family who work with your company. Please consider a training program on customer service and/or rehire.However, someone told me about DHL. I called them and received an answer on the first call. The representative was polite, informative and professional. There are several DHL locations throughout the city. Now, my family can send me a package from America without the stress of not being able to contact someone and track the package upon arrival.

The service was poor omg, they dont pick up call,they dont care to call unless you call them to ask about your shipment or sometimes they arent available so you have to go to the office frequently. Their service is very poor 😢

You can receive your parcel from other countries as ordered to supplies

These guys are liars, my package had stayed more than 10 days till now and they are not even responsive of calls and no clean record when i tried to track the package.I will not recommend anyone to use their services and if you can avoid them just do it

Swahili: in short they are thieves. Your luggage will be delayed beyond your expectations. Second, they will not receive a call and you will not receive it. too dishonest they can lose your burden.English: poor service which includes delaying the delivery, not picking up phone calls. The shipments may get lost and not notified. They are not serious with there job.
