It would have been better if you put a correct and reachable phone number for costumer services, so that costumers can access you easily. I tried to call the phone number you’ve kept on google, it doesn’t exist. Please consider that some of your costumers are out of Dar es Salaam and they may need you guys to pickup their parcels at several places in Dar and deliver it to their specific locations out of Dar. Kindly consider this suggestion.

I really like using this DHL service to send cargo or parcels because it is very fast. especially the Samora Tower office, the host is very hospitable and also does not keep people waiting
