Swissport is running the Properly Irregularity-business (PIR) at the Dar es Salaam-airport, and I am not satisfied with the Swiss (lack of) service. Friday I had to report my missing baggage from Kenya Airways 480. Tuesday I heard on phone, that they had localised my baggage in Nairobi, and I could presumably have it the same evening. Since then I have not heard from them, they even have all my contactinformation - and had promised to deliver at my hotel. Sloppy, far to relaxed lack of service
