I dont like their poor services, i once dint receive my parcel at all but it showed in the app that Ive received it, i tried contacting the kikuu people through their app but they keepon confusing me with their delivery man and somehow they stopped responding back! So am not using it ever since! It was a waste of my time to go report it again to their office!

These guys are very slow , not those of China but here in Tanzania. Imagine my order arrived two and half weeks without being delivered. The dont have phones and every time I try to reach them online the que is long. More than 70 customers ahead of me.
