Worst ever experiance i ever had.There is no sence in employee.I had sent parcel to india and i gave him our reguler usage account number to send that parcel at destination.(In dhl if you have account there is all information about account holder)So i want to send that parcel to accout holder.And they were stated destination guy name that i had not ever heard.Since than till now my parcel is stuck in custumsOf destination country.I said many times to dhl tz manager that it was mistaken by dhl tz employee so please give me in return so i could sent it back to custom but thet litterly said that that was mistake of your..Its been four month...I lost my 30000$ business
