Pleasantly surprised by the pleasant and quick service i received today. The customer service officer was attentive and after listening to our issue referred us to his supervisor who approved a quick solution to our problem. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Its a fine place. They have managed to pay attention to the details except for a place where they commented on the door way not to be used in a poor way. But otherwise, its a very fine place deserving 5 stars after they make corrections on such details.

State of the art and most likely the tallest building in Dar/Tanzania. Strategically located between Mwenge, Ubungo and Sinza. If you need office space this is the place to go because some floors are yet to be occupied. Plenty of parking space with adequate security services

Services are just shambolic! Everyone, customers, staff just doing their own thing. People are nice as people but there are no processes, no order, no sequencing! Its a shame!

While the cues are not long, the service is still lacking. Inadequate information is provided with no proper feedback or directions. Dont get me started on response time, none existence.

For medical insurance services. They serve the purpose. Its good to get your card and be served well in many hospitals enlisted with NHIF
