Booked a flight between Dar Es-Salaam and Zanzibar. I could check-in online and plane was on time. Nice crew and nice plane.

Arrived at airport at 01:30 for flight at 04:40 I was informed by airport and precision staff that flight was canceled. I had to spend a whole day getting Kenya airways to reimburse me for another flight out of Dar. I was not called nor contacted at all. This has been an absolute nightmare and extremely inconvenience. Will never ever use any Kenya flight using precision. In my endeavors Ill be sure to let all family and friends in Dar know of this poor service.

We had an early morning flight to Dar aes Salaam on 15/10/20 at 6.50am. Turned up at the airport on time, only to find the check in desk closed. The other airport staff had no idea about the status of the flight either. There was no communication from the airline about any cancellations and to make matters worse, their customer service line is operational from 7am. So in a nutshell, we were left clueless and very uncertain about our trip. This is unprecedented lack of professionalism and a disregard for their customer’s time and money. I don’t ever see myself carrying my weight onto their planes, EVER 🤢

Good rating. BUTDear PWI am a longtime customer of yours. Last week while flying from Arusha to Zanzibar and Dar i cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I was (a more sarcastic word would be better here) to sit next to passengers without face masks on those seats without social distancing!!! I have a return ticket so I will fly again. After that, unless there is a change, I will be driving and possibly share with my facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn friends about this situation. On Qatar, it is compulsory for all economy pax to have face masks. PW I am beyond disappointed! I expected better from an airline I love so much

Horrible! horrible management!!!... dont know whats wrong with them. Spent three hrs at the airport just to listen to their stupid announcements after every 30mins announcing further delays of 40mins ahead!! More than 5times!!!! Literally merging the 3 flights that were not full. Stupid, why wasting our time?? Why not having one flight then so that they can serve our time? Poor management!

I took a flight with this company from Zanzibar to Nairobi and, even though I insisted carrying my hand luggage in the cabin, they made me check it in because they had space problems, assuring me that it wouldnt be a problem. Now my luggage is lost and they dont do anything.Do not choose this company EVER.-------------------I flew with them from Zanzibar to Nairobi to get to Madrid. They made me check in my hand luggage because they had space problems in the cabin and they insisted that nothing would happen and that the hand luggage would arrive with me in Madrid. They have lost my luggage and do nothing.Do not fly with this company EVER
