The worst company where we took the cars. The day before our arrival, they said that our car was not available and they would give another two. We planned a route along the big ring of Tanzania with visits to national parks, while the company said that the cars were ready and in good condition. Unfortunately, right on the first day, we got into a small accident and bent the wing. As a result, we went to the service station where we were offered to wait for the car for 3 days and paid for the repair for our own money. As a result, it turned out that the prices were calculated at least 2-3 times more than we later learned in another city. The second car also lived for 3 days, the box and racks broke, which, of course, was also accused of us. Although we do not understand how to break a box in 3 days, especially if the declared ideal condition of the machines. Since these cars were not in motion, we wanted to change cars. Nobody provided a replacement car and did not want to refund money for unused days at all. And there remained 10 days. That is, somewhere around 1,000 dollars for the rent. We got in touch very rarely and took a long time to answer, so we had to find the car ourselves as we were limited in time. As a result, we were returned only $ 280, having written off all the waste money for repairs, although we were not shown any conclusions. In general, I do not recommend renting from this company. The cars turned out to be in poor condition and the fact that in general they immediately broke down an indicator of their condition.
