Exceptional service! We rented a car with a driver for 3 days to go to Mikumi national park. They have a good car fleet, everything from small cars to big off-roaders.Our car was a Land Cruzer-very well maintained, no issues on the trip.I need to mention our driver- Damian. He was simply amazing, picked us up from the ferry, showed us places to eat, drove for us in the safari park and helped spot animals and even managed to find for us a masai village to visit.Thank you Damian and Solidarity :)

Perfect, just p e r f e c t. Ive rented a Toyota Rav4 incl. driver for a period of almost 2 weeks. Service was great - during booking and during the rent. The driver was always 100% reliable. Travelling over one month in Tanzania the people at solitary cars took so good care of me. they provided me with a perfect car for my road trip up to Iringa, Dodoma, Arusha and Moshi. i’m Support driving around in the Dar es Salaam Area. Good car rental - affordable prices and good choice and quality of cars. I have used them multiple times over the last few years and never had a problem. You can rent a car with a drive or a for self-drive.One of the few socially responsible companies - employees are treated well and it shows. Drivers are very helpful and will assist you and make sure you pay far prices and are not ripped off.They can help you arrange your trip and make sure you have great time.Overall I would not look anywhere else for a car.

We had to organise a 14 day quarantine in Tanzania on very short notice. Solidarity, even after cancellation of rental, were able to still provide us with a vehicle on the same day of our arrival. It was a very old Prado, but, bar its idiosyncrasies, performed flawlessly. Solidarity, through many changes, never said no to anything, even taking and storing excess baggage for us for a period of 10 days. Their service goes beyond what anyone can rightly expect and if it werent for the team our holiday would have been a lot less enjoyable. I would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend them to others. We hired a 4x4 for one week to go to Usambara mountains and they proved to be very professional, courteous, flexible and helpful. They were also the most reasonable quote after shopping around.

Amazing service; Solidarity went out of their way to make things happen for us, despite last minute requests! They took it upon themselves to service the vehicle prior to the departure too, and delivered it clean and with clear explanations and guidelines.I have just booked again, and Im sure it will now be a regular!

I needed a 4wd for a safari and checked with different companies. Solidarity was best because its larger fleet (therefore more choices), convenient position, accommodating staff and seemingly better maintenance of cars. Indeed the white Prado TX was in very good condition despite its 15 years and 220k+ km (actually no company offers off-road vehicles less aged). Prices are on the market average or even a bit lower.

A great team dedicated to the best service, with flexibility, availability and kindness, rather than brand new cars you would be charged for any scratch. Definitely a much nicer experience than with the international rental firms!

I have used Solidarity Cars several time for professional and personal car rental. Always an amazing service, super flexible and very affordable. all kind of cars are available. The driver we had was great, always on time, helpful, and very calm even when one time the car started having a problem. in Fact, that time, Solidarity sent another car right away and we did not experience any delay in our field work which was so crucial as we had a very tight schedule. thank you and keep it up!

My husband and I had a great experience with Solidarity. Our driver was on time picking us up for a long day of driving and stayed with us for 3 days. He smiled and seemed happy to be there. I definitely recommend having a driver as the roads can be pretty bad, there are numerous police checkpoints, and driving can be a little crazy, there are many more cars than there used to be. Our driver, Damian, even went above and beyond his duties in assisting with some translating. We will definitely go back to Solidarity if we have the opportunity.

Never experienced a terrible car rental company like this... Rented 2 Prados for a trip through Tanzania... Both cars broke down, tyres were not aligned, broken suspension so the car started dancing the moment we went over 75 kph, broken radiator, servo steering was leaking, brakes were gone (metal over metal), and so on and on....Lots of promises, not picking up the telephone anymore because the young lady who owns the company couldnt handle the pressure of replacing the cars anymore...Watch out when you rent a car with them!!
