Worst Rental Car Ever and a Scam: STAY FAR AWAY!I reserved a vehicle with Shamah Auto Group at the J.K Nyerere airport. The agent aggressively tried to get me to purchase the supplemental liability insurance but I repeated that I did not want the service because my personal auto insurance covered me. He then directed me to initial here to decline coverage. After getting home from my trip I reviewed the receipt and found that he had in fact directed me to initial in the spot to accept the coverage.I called Shamah Auto Group customer service to explain that these charges were based on deceptive unethical practices by their agents and they repeatedly replied that since I initialed the contract that I was responsible and that was that.

I rented from SHAMAH last weekend and received a car with mechanical issues, safety issues and then when I called for assistance From Mr Ali, I was charged additional fees for the roadside assistance. I had paid for an ungraded Toyota Rumion, the cars rear brake lights never went out even when just idling in park making it a safety concern, the engine had to be feathered to continue to maintain any speed.Dont ever use them as the only response I got was an apology saying We are sorry you had a bad experience. No offer to refund anything or make things right with an added $220 charge for the jump start...

SCAMMERS!!!They charged me an additional amount of $339.85 without providing any explanation, and without providing a detailed and itemised invoice. This is unacceptable behaviour, and I am strongly considering legal steps.

The cars are in mint condition , very comfort and safe, i recommend other Coustomer to have them same service with Shamah. Keep it up
