Very friendly and fast service! Food was good and coffee was delicious compared to other places in TZ. Would come back!

The coffee shop has an outside sitting where you can appreciate the view of the city at an angle and at night you can have a coffee while enjoying the breeze and the view of people walking past full of laughter. The food is to die for if you love a good steak then the mixed grill is a must. Had one good experience with them

I was here almost every second day during my stay in Dar-es-Salaam. I tried so many different coffee variations, cakes and main dishes and I cant tell which one I liked best. I highly recommend the Hazelnut Cappuccino and the chocolate cake. As a European, I wouldnt take the pasta again. Sometimes, the WiFi was not working or they were out of some meals, but I still enjoyed it every time.

One of the best cafés in Dar conveniently located inside Mlimani city mall. Ideal for meetings (official and social) and just hanging out, or even working. It often gets crowded nowadays though so may not be a good place for things like zoom meetings

Ive been to this location three times and I always leave disappointed.First time the server overcharged me for a drink but I caught the error and they rectified it.Second occasion, the place is full and we requested to be seated at a free table at the corner to which they refused saying its *always* reserved for the owner/manager . Now I dont own a café but I do know a thing or two about customer service. If you have clients that are willing to spend money at your establishment, why would you turn them away rather than simply offer them the reserved table if you know for sure the manager/owner wont be using it at that time?Third visit, I managed to get a chair by the island so I could charge my phone and requested another chair so my daughter could also sit next to me. They brought over the menus but never brought the chair. My daughter (9 years old) had to sit on my lap as we waited. I told them I would order once we got the chair. As I finished fidgeting with my phone, I look up and the menus were gone! They had taken the menu away rather than serve us & provide us with a chair.I dont usually write negative reviews but I feel if its absolutely crucial that management have a reserved table for them at all times , then it must be important for them to know what happens on their restaurant floor and how absolutely rude and incompetent your staff can be.I will not be returning.

Dishes are very large. Be sure to not order too much. Very tasty and delicious. Try hungry lion. It is for 2-3 person fully enough.

Worst cafe ever. Am here for the first time but to be honest I havent liked it. A brownie and a bottle of Sprite took 45 minutes to reach my table. They have free wifi but dont rely on it because it is so slow and sometimes disconnects. Some waiters are not customer friendly. Also the menu doesnt have it all.

Great space but the service is still lacking. The waiters still need to know whats in their menu and the contents of the dishes served in their establishment.The food is good though you have to be a bit patient since the kitchen is slow.

They have the best coffee option with good range of food menu but mostly it’s the best place for breakfast and during the morning hours it’s not populated compare to afternoon and evening. Sometimes their WiFi can get real slow.

I will sit in traffic for an hour just to get their cafe mocha drink. This is coming from a Starbucks-addict from USA. I don’t even like mocha but Grano’s is like off thee chain. It also has a very nice, modern, relaxing atmosphere, making it comfortable to bring your laptop and work.

Great free WiFi, very rare in Tanzania. The cappuccino is fantastic, comes with free peanut flavoured biscuits which taste like peanut butter in biscuit form 👌👌👌amazing brownies and ice cream! Its one of the best restaurants in Mlimani city suitable for meetings, they have a special table with sockets that can accommodate those who come with their laptops, they also offer free Wi-Fi. However, for tea lovers, the tea easily get cold especially when you seat inside

Only thing I love at this elegant cafe; Variety of well blended coffees and tea (Italian, American, Turkish, Zanzibar flavors... Just Superb), FREE WiFi and the interior vintage woody decor. Slow service. Wifi wasnt working. 30% discount on Uber ride was advertised on my table but when I tried to redeem it, it was not accepted. I asked my waitress about this and she informed me the promo is finished. Still, she did not remove the ad from my table. The cappuccino was okay.

Grano coffee is an amazing resturant at mlimani city mall, they have one of the most amazing food that i have tasted in Dar es salaam together with their very good customer service. Their prices are quite available so i would advice more and more people to go and have a visit there. Owwww plus they have got free wifi which is an added plus for cistomers.

This coffee house has some very nice waitresses and good food. I was also happy to find that the offered wifi and recharging stations for wireless devices as well as desks for remote workers. With both indoor and outdoor seating options, this seems to be a perfect place to visit when you want a change of scenery from the home office.

I ordered a pizza. Upon the delivery I asked for the garlic paste. After a while the waitress didnt come back, I called her again and asked for the garlic paste. She answered that the chef said there is no garlic in the kitchen. I asked her to call the manager. Even though she (manager) was there she refused to come. I called up the waitress again so that I can talk to the manager. She said I am bringing the garlic paste, which she came after I finished my pizza. I am wondering why did they refuse to give the garlic even though they had it, also the manager, i find her very unprofessional.

I really dont like the customer service at Granos. It will take you time to get a waiter you need to raise your arm like a cheerleader to be noticed. Their coffee is OK, food not bad at all. Although they have terrible deserts

If you like strong Turkish Coffee with Turkish delicacy and you are visiting Milamini City Shopping Area, this is the place. I was very surprised that the healthy salad included slices of green apples that made the salad taste very unique. Good service, choice of indoor or outdoor sitting with good service by serving waitresses..

I had the best...BEST veggie wrap there a week ago. Im vegetarian and a lot of the options I get from the restaurants are light but sometimes I need something with a bit more substance to get me through the day.I now have a wrap place.

Terribly slow customer service! Cup of chocolate milk took more than an hour, breakfast took the same amount of time and after waiting, only to be told to that I should change the order.

Have been here a few times, always leaving the place unsatisfied.- ordering a cake, receiving an expired one. When I complain, the staff told me they will give me a reduction of 10%. Because I refuse to pay for an expired cake. I ask for the manager. I get the answer the manager is not there. He IS there, but takes no responsibility. Leaves his staff in the trouble.- ordering a burger. Mentioned on the card : 150gr meat. Receiving the plate, I notice immediately this is not 150gr meat. Its around 75gr. The salad, its expired.- While still eating, the waitress comes ask me if I need more. I say no thank you. She asks me if she can bring the billAvoid this place. If Tanzania would have a food inspection team, this.place didnt even exist.

Easily accessible from almost every corner of the city. The place has got very friendly staff. Food and beverages of the highest quality standards is served here. The place has free WiFi which is usually congwstwd due to thw traffic of people connected to it. I lovwd the fact that they have installws vwry many power ports where you can plug in your computee or phone.

Let me just talk about spaghetti with minced meat as that seems to be my favorite lunch when am at this place, various choices of coffee you can choose as well a wonderful good customer service from the employees, I would also suggest to have a newenu update which has the available food at a time, the current menu has different stuffs which are not available any longer
