This building located in nice and safe place

Very easy to locate , great place for offices, many offices are already located in the building: Several Insurers and banks, Law firms, etc Serena Hotel is just on the opposite. The major challenge especially for customers is to secure parking for your car. Many times you may find yourself wasting time up and down looking for parking. and the security personnel is not very helpful on that.

There is NCBA bank branch where customers can get bank services including fixed, Savings and Deposit Accounts and the likes.

Place is nice but parking is the challenge, I dont know what are they expecting to have a tenant whose clients have to go and park in other buildings

A business center with 10 floors each occupied by different companies eh Qatar airways office. Jubilee insurance company, FB attorneys and many more. Has a security front desk and they are quiet helpful but the place only had 3 lifts which can cause delay especially during rush hour.

It is a hidden (place) indeed but located just opposite to Serena hotel parking along Ohio street, the road heads both ways(to and from) not a single way. I got trouble at first to reach there. I hope this will help you make your move right. The place is between FNB bank (which is close to Barclays) and ministry for internal affairs block(not the main entrance please)

The building is located at the city center opposite Serena hotel. Sometimes when equipment break down it takes a while to get fixed. Has occasional elevator break down and there are 3 operating elevators and 7 floors of parking just behind it.
