Attended a conference here, its close to the main road and BRT mwendokasi lanes, convininently​ proper for office, views are good. Building is New, everything works fine proper management. Not quite easy to notice the businesses in the building it will be proper if they put an outdoor billboard. Its beautiful inside and staff are welcoming. Its easy to see with its Gold exterior.

New, clean, large parking space, elevators working perfectly. A lot of space for rent. Many offices already located on the building including hospital services, legal, tax consultants, etc.Located near the Morocco junction, seems like a perfect building to rent and set up offices.

Moved into the building two months ago as a relocation of business office. Excellent views and proximity to Rapid Bus Transit system a huge plus. Issues with the lift system early on though kind of put a dent to what could have been a perfect start to a new business tower.
